The appraisal process included detailed reviews of technical documentation, live demonstrations of the prototypes, and inspections of the production facilities. After thorough discussions, the committee reached the following conclusions:
1. The technical drawings and documents for both products are complete, accurate, and consistent, meeting all relevant national standards and providing clear guidance for mass production.
2. Both models have undergone rigorous testing by the National Construction Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. Their technical specifications and key performance indicators fully comply with national standards and the original design requirements.
3. The SD7P bulldozer stands out for its innovative and well-structured design, excellent dynamic performance, and attractive appearance. It features a hydraulic servo control system and a three-alarm electronic monitoring system, which enhance operational ease and flexibility. According to the Institute of Mechanical Industry Information Technology, the SD7P incorporates high-strength welded tension spring boxes and advanced large-gear-changing technology in its hydraulic servo control system and final drive. The product is highly customizable, allowing it to adapt to various user needs and expanding its application range. Its main technical performance indicators are at an international advanced level.
4. The SD6G hydraulic mechanical drive bulldozer integrates several new technologies, including an external shunt integrated hydraulic mechanical torque converter, large-gear-changing technology for the transmission and final drive, a gap-free bearing travel adjustment structure in the final drive, and a new cone-hole technology for the half shaft and rack. These innovations contribute to a more advanced and efficient design, with performance metrics that meet global standards.
