The wake and visitation for Chicago Firefighter Corey Ankum, the second of two CFD firefighters who lost their lives in the building collapse on December 22, 2010, at 1744 E. 75th Street, is taking place today at the Apostolic Church of God, located at 6320 S. As the community continues to mourn, the outpouring of support reflects the deep respect and gratitude the city holds for those who serve. A memorial service is expected to be announced in the coming days, where more details about FF Ankum's life and legacy will be shared.
