Description of PET Granulating Machine:
This pet flakes pelletizing line uses SHJ series parallel twin screw extruder, suitable for producing PET granules from clean PET flakes. The machine is composed of a SHJ parallel twin screw extruder, die, hydraulic screen exchanger, plastic strand die head, water cooling tank, cutter, and silo. It is ideal for processing high-viscosity materials such as PET and PVC, offering excellent performance, high output, low power consumption per kilogram, and easy operation.
The machine helps reduce the loss of viscosity in raw materials, ensuring high-quality output. This system is widely used in recycling and manufacturing processes, providing reliable and efficient performance.

System Configuration:
Processing capacity ranges from 100 to 800 kg/h. The system includes feeding machine, extruder (38CrMoAlA with nitriding), mold (40Cr with nitriding), water channel, wind drying machine, pelletizer, and hopper.
Production Process
Conveying feeding → Pre Crystallization and drying → Conveying feeding → Metal Detector → Parallel twin screw extruder → Hydraulic screen changer → Plastic Strand die head → Water cooling tank → Plastic strand cutter → Storage silo
