Description of PET Granulating Machine:
This pet flakes pelletizing line uses SHJ series parallel twin screw extruder, suitable for producing PET granules from clean PET flakes. The machine consists of a SHJ parallel twin screw extruder, die, hydraulic screen exchanger, plastic strand die head, water cooling tank, cutter, and silo.
It is primarily used for processing high-viscosity materials such as PET and PVC. It offers excellent performance, high output, low power consumption per kilogram, and ease of operation.
The machine minimizes the loss of viscosity in raw materials during processing.

System Configuration:
Processing capacity ranges from 100 to 800 kg/h.
The system includes:
1. Feeding Machine.
2. Extruder: 38CrMoAlA with nitriding treatment.
3. Mould: 40Cr with nitriding treatment.
4. Water Channel.
5. Wind Drying Machine.
6. Pelletizer Machine.
7. Hopper.
Production Process
Conveying feeding → Pre Crystallization and drying → Conveying feeding → Metal Detector → Parallel twin screw extruder → Hydraulic screen changer → Plastic Strand die head → Water cooling tank → Plastic strand cutter → Storage silo
