The first is the severe wear of the broken impeller. In this case, the internal operation of the equipment is not stable, and the swing is too large; when this happens, it is only necessary to replace the wearing parts, so that the internal impeller of the sand making machine can reach a stable state.
Secondly, the feed size is too large, resulting in a large swing of the equipment. The maximum feed size of the sand making machine is 4 to 5 cm, but in general the yield is maximized when the particle size reaches 3-4 cm. The biggest drawback of this design is that when the feed is too small, the collision is not broken enough and it is difficult to achieve high quality finished products.
Another point to note is that there is a blockage in the impeller flow path, which can also cause the body to swing large, which is inconvenient for the normal operation of the equipment. The solution is simple, and the plugging in the flow channel can be cleaned regularly.
