The “New Energy Vehicle Electronic Control System R&D and Industrialization” project has achieved breakthroughs in powertrain control technology, motor control technology, and battery management technology, and has obtained a number of research and development patents and achievements. Up to now, the project has applied for 41 patents, including 26 invention patents, applied for 4 software copyrights; published monographs, more than 18 papers, presided over revision of 1 national standard, and formulated 1 industrial standard.

In the powertrain control system, a low-power hardware design and an efficient energy management strategy are adopted. Through the wake-up technology, only the network monitoring mechanism is maintained in the parking state; in the active state, the accelerator pedal, the brake pedal, the vehicle speed, and the current gear are used. Position and other signal information, and refer to the working state of the engine, AMT, motor, battery, ABS, according to the preset energy management strategy for the engine, motor torque, speed control, so that the vehicle is in an efficient mode of operation, improve energy efficiency. Through the implementation of the project, it broke through the core technology of the vehicle control algorithm and has the basic design capabilities to develop a variety of new energy controllers.

The motor control system has broken through the miniaturized multi-function all-digital control circuit, a new low-inductance, high-frequency high-current membrane capacitor, high-temperature, high heat transfer coefficient heat sink and other key technologies, completed a prototype of the high-density drive motor controller prototype and Functional performance test.

In the aspect of power battery management system, the research and development of new energy automotive electronic technology and wireless network communication technology, research and development of intelligent new energy vehicle battery management system with wireless network communication remote diagnosis function, for the remaining battery estimation, energy recovery, balanced charge and discharge 3 Breakthroughs were made in the major technical difficulties. Industrialization achieved significant results

The implementation of the project has improved the middle reaches of the entire new energy automotive industrial chain, such as electronic control systems and vehicle products, and has also driven the development of upstream industries such as IC manufacturing and materials.

The development of EOL and diagnostic instruments has also improved the downstream of the new energy automotive industrial chain, such as sales services, after-sales, and supporting facilities, to promote the sound and healthy development of China in the field of new energy vehicles.

During the project R&D process, each project took on a fruitful result in terms of intellectual property reserves and talent team construction. The company's technological innovation, product R&D, and production management levels and efficiency have been greatly enhanced, becoming the backbone of China's new energy automotive electronics industry.

The project has formed a variety of products on the basis of technological breakthroughs, and some products have been tested and assembled in small batch production, forming a domestic matching capability. Up to now, the accumulated sales revenue has exceeded RMB 430 million, and economic and social benefits have been realized.
