It is reported that as of 2011, the total investment of the auto parts industry in Taishan exceeded US$ 400 million (approximately 2.5 billion yuan). The inspection team proposed to position the automobile and parts industry at a high starting point and accelerate the infrastructure construction in the southern and northern districts of the Guanghai Bay Industrial Park.
On the same day, the inspection team paid a visit to International Transport Equipment Accessories Co., Ltd., Auto Show Transportation Equipment (Taishan) Co., Ltd., and Guanghai Industrial Park (Nuclear Power) Equipment Industrial Park to learn about the development status of enterprises and industrial parks.
After visiting various companies and hearing reports from the relevant department heads, the inspection team proposed that relevant departments should base themselves on the actual conditions in Taishan, locate the automobile and parts industry at a high starting point, and accelerate infrastructure construction in the southern and northern districts of Guanghai Bay Industrial Park. , do a good job in long-term development planning; speed up the introduction of technology and personnel training, do a good job in attracting investment, and introduce enterprises with strong development potential, good growth, and large tax revenue contribution, and add momentum and enhance stamina for the economic development of Taishan City.
It is understood that in recent years, Taishan has been doing a good job in attracting investment in the automobile and parts industries. From 1990, the first auto parts company, Xinhua (China) Machinery Co., Ltd. settled in Taishan, and by 2011, the city has developed auto parts. There are 29 companies, 14 above the scale, and the cumulative total investment exceeds 400 million U.S. dollars. Some large-scale and influential companies, such as Fuhua Heavy Industry, Fucheng Aluminum, and international transportation equipment, have settled in Taishan successively, forming a new industrial cluster for Taishan Machinery Manufacturing, and it is also an important pole for Taishan's characteristic industrial development. Taishan has become one of the important auto parts export bases in Guangdong Province.
As for the Guanghai Bay Industrial Park, in recent years, the Taishan Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government have deliberately built it into two core parks in the south and north. The southern area focuses on ports, and it focuses on the marine economy through reclamation projects and infrastructure construction. In the North Zone, a clean energy (nuclear) equipment industrial park is used as a platform to develop the industrial economy. At present, the largest dual-transfer project in Guangdong Province, Fuhua Heavy Industries has completed and put into production. China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group and China National Nuclear Power Group's Green Island Wind Indoor Systems Technology Co., Ltd. have completed and trial production. France's Anshibei nuclear power equipment project, Shenzhen Longdeng Door Industry The project is under construction and plans to start production at the end of the year.
