1 Inch Core Thermal Lamination Film
BOPP Thermal Lamination Film is produced by combining BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) film with EVA adhesive through an extrusion coating process. This results in a two-layer structure: one side retains the strength, clarity, and flexibility of BOPP, while the other side is coated with EVA, making it heat-sensitive and suitable for thermal (dry) lamination. The film is treated with double-sided corona to enhance adhesion and printing compatibility. Available in both glossy and matte finishes, BOPP thermal films offer excellent transparency, smoothness, and a strong moisture barrier.
