Multifunctional ion chromatograph development and industrialization projects passed acceptance

[China Instrument Network Instrument R&D] On April 18th, the National Special Scientific Instrument and Equipment Development Project “Multi-functional Ion Chromatography Development and Industrialization” was approved by the National Technical Expert Group in Qingdao, Shandong Province. The successful development of this project has filled the blank of China's high-end instrument products, and has important social and economic significance for breaking the monopoly position of foreign similar products in the Chinese market.

This project was organized by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, Qingdao Qingdao Inspection and Quarantine Technology Development Center took the lead, Qingdao Shenghao Chromatography Technology Co., Ltd. provided the first technical support, and was approved by the project in December 2012. The project covers multi-functional R&D, combined technologies, application methods, and engineering and industrial development of ion chromatographs. Jointly participated in many units such as the Chinese Academy of Sciences Research Center for Eco-environment, Zhejiang University, East China University of Science and Technology, Shandong Institute of Metrology, Beijing Physical and Chemical Analysis and Testing Center.

Through the implementation of the project, it attracted 27 doctors, 74 masters, and 1 overseas students. A total of 149 high-end talents participated in the study. In the course of project development, 20 doctors, 17 masters, 2 postdoctoral and 3 senior visiting scholars were trained. He published 70 related papers, of which SCI included more than 30 articles and applied for 42 patents at the same time. Developed CIC-D160 and CIC-500 ion chromatograph engineering prototypes. Three sets of process documents and one set of quality reliability assurance plans have been prepared. Two new multi-purpose ion chromatograph production lines with an annual output of 1,000 units were expanded. The CIC-500 Multifunction Ion Chromatograph produced six prototypes and performed performance tests. The staged product CIC-D160 ion chromatograph has been industrialized. The ion chromatograph and some key components have been sold to 416 units across the country, of which 163 units have been sold and 349 are key components. Reached 24.85 million yuan. With the goal of developing key technologies for ion chromatography and establishing practical requirements for actual sample analysis, the successful transformation of scientific research results has been achieved, effectively breaking through foreign technical barriers.

The research and development of this project has achieved breakthroughs in some key technologies and achieved innovation. It has achieved the preparation of hydrophilic matrix nanoemulsions, the high degree of cross-linking ST-DVB ion-pair chromatographic packing hydrophilic modification, resin filling electrolysis regeneration inhibition, bipolar pulse Conductance technology; broke through the high exchange capacity screen and flat film superposition technology, completed eluent generator design, successfully broke the monopoly of foreign products.

The multi-functional ion chromatograph developed by the project not only fills the gaps in domestic high-end instrument products, but also has important social and economic significance for breaking the monopoly position of similar foreign products in the Chinese market. And for China's ion chromatograph manufacturers and users to provide excellent eluent generator, ion chromatography column, electromembrane suppressor, detectors, smart workstations and other accessories, reduce user cost, improve the domestic ion The competitiveness of chromatograms and market share have led to the development of related industries and Chinese separation technologies. At the same time, the expansion technology of ion chromatography columns can be applied to such areas as rare earth purification, drug purification, and preparation, thereby reducing our dependence on foreign products in this respect. We have improved the industrial technology level and core competitiveness of ion chromatography equipment in China.

Through the development of new products and their application methods, the traceability requirements for the detection and analysis of pollutants in the environment, drinking water, atmosphere, acid rain, and soil and the detection needs in areas such as earthquakes, food and drug pollution, and water quality pollution have been solved. Environmental protection, food, and disease control Various needs in important areas such as quality inspections have a strong supporting role in improving science and technology to improve people's livelihood.

The project results have been applied and serviced in national rural drinking water safety projects, Yunnan earthquake safety engineering (enhanced construction of large earthquake response and disposal capacity), three-level environmental monitoring station capacity building project, river basin water environment monitoring and other national and provincial science and technology Plans and projects, through policy guidance, industrial support, and development funds, have successfully promoted sales to such fields as environmental protection, resources, food, biochemical medicine, agriculture, disease control, quality inspection, hydrogeology, and third-party testing.
