On July 28, the first meeting of Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. and PSA Peugeot Citroen Group Global Alliance Committee was held in Paris, France.
It is understood that the meeting decided that "Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd. and PSA's agreement on the operation of the Global Alliance Committee" entered into force. The meeting established the establishment of the DPCS and DPCI (DPCI) and the PSA Peugeot Citroen (excluding DS), the China General Agent, the Joint Research and Development Center (DPCT), and the Shenlong Motor Co., Ltd. as determined by the Strategic Framework Agreement signed by both parties. The company's Dongfeng brand product planning and other five items were reviewed and directed. The meeting further confirmed that the two sides will carry out collaborative research in six directions. These research directions involve new energy vehicles, model platforms, powertrain strategy, global joint procurement and key regional planning. It is reported that the PSA Peugeot Citroën Group Board of Supervisors and Shenlong Motor Co., Ltd. Board of Directors were held in Paris during the same period.
