In the laboratory of Deyangene Carbon Technology Co., Ltd., more than 10 R&D personnel are busy debugging the “recipe” of graphene downstream products. In the same workshop behind the laboratory, the commissioning of a 3 ton high-barrier graphene powder production line is also in full swing. At the beginning of next month, this production line will be put into production.

Deyangene Carbon Technology is one of the first high-tech enterprises in China to master the large-scale preparation technology of graphene, the king of new materials. The company has invested 100 million yuan in research and development funds, and cooperated with Sichuan University and top domestic graphene experts. In July last year, an annual production capacity of 30 tons of graphene powder production line has been put into production. This year, the comprehensive application of downstream products is the main direction of the company, and plans to develop three -4 new products. Guo Anxian, chairman of the company, told reporters that the new production line was built specifically to complete downstream product orders.

"The potential of the downstream industrial chain of graphene is unlimited. The demand for anti-corrosion coatings in the market is 15 million tons. As long as one of the fine points is broken, the output value can reach 100 million yuan." Guo Anxian revealed that the company has signed 500 million yuan. Orders for downstream products, and several companies are in contact.

The relevant person in charge of the Deyang Economic and Information Technology Commission introduced that the application of graphene materials has been written into the work of this year's work. Last year, Deyang compiled a graphene industry development plan to explore the integration of graphene and Deyang related industries, which is the focus of Deyang's development this year. At the same time, the construction of the graphene industrial park in Sichuan Province is also accelerating. According to the plan, the development area of ​​the park covers an area of ​​1 square kilometer. After completion, it will become the first graphene full industrial chain cluster integrating scientific research and incubation in the west. For Deyang, the research and development of the downstream application industry this year is the “speed increaser” for the development of the graphene industry.

LINA Die Surface Hot Cutting Pelletizing Machine

LINA`s die surface hot cutting and air cooling granulating machine is suitable for polymers that are sensitive to heat and long residence time, such as PVC, TPR, PE, cross-linked PE and so on. The flow path of the polymer from the extruder to the pelletizing port should be kept as short as possible with minimal heat. When polymer is extruded through the die surface, the rotating blade cuts the extruded materials into particles. After the pellets are cut, they are removed from the rotary blade and caught by cooling air circulating in the pelletizing room. The air stream preliminary cools the surface of the pellets and takes them out of the pelletizing room and sends them to the cooling zone.
