Among them, the "Electric Meter Intelligent Metrology Verification Technology and Application" won the second prize of 2017 national science and technology progress award. The project was led by Huang Jinjuan, an associate of the Operation Management Office of the State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Measurement Center. As one of the four forms of civil use, the meter's accuracy is related to the interests of millions of households. Traditional manual verification has many disadvantages such as huge investment, potential safety hazards, and easy error. In the rapid development of Internet of Things technology, it is urgent to use the Internet of Things to break through the bottleneck of traditional manual metering efficiency.
The “Electrical Meter Metrology and Verification Technology Innovation and Application” project tackled key problems such as multi-terminal stripping, automatic sealing, and intelligent transfer, and developed a series of devices. On this basis, a whole-process energy meter without manual intervention was created. The metrological verification intelligent system breaks through the technical bottleneck in the key link of metrological verification from manual to automation, and implements intelligent control, remote tracking, traceability and error correction through the application of radio frequency identification electronic tags, and the verification energy efficiency is 80 per person per day. Upgraded to 4700pcs/day, the verification reliability is 100%. The project achievements have been granted 18 invention patents, 10 utility model patents, and 8 computer software copyrights.
In addition, the "Civil Engineering Structure Area Distribution Optical Fiber Sensing and Health Monitoring Key Technologies" won the second prize of the National Technology Invention Award. Ultrasonic testing is an important means of ensuring project construction, equipment manufacturing quality, and equipment operation safety. At present, the project has obtained a series of original achievements, autonomously established sound field analysis theory and method system for intelligent detection, independently developed 23 series of more than 80 sets of ultrasonic testing devices and realized engineering applications, and solved a number of international detection problems.
"Food and drinking water safety rapid detection, assessment and control of technological innovation and application" won the second prize of national scientific and technological progress. The award-winning project was conducted by the Institute of Hygiene and Environmental Medicine, PLA Academy of Military Medical Sciences, Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Jilin University, Fuzhou University, China Food Purification Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Changchun Jida.
