**Brief Description**
With the rapid development of the refining industry from waste plastics, waste rubber, and waste oils, fuel oils produced by these industries are increasingly widely used and adopted, penetrating all areas of the national economy and daily life. However, due to the fast growth of these industries and the increase in workforce, raw material costs have also risen significantly.
So how can we increase the added value and price of fuel oil while keeping low raw material costs? The easiest way is to re-distill (or called rectify) the crude oil produced from waste plastics, rubbers, and dirty used oils. This type of fuel oil has a light yellow or red color and its technical specifications can match diesel standards. There are two methods to produce this type of fuel oil: setting up a large-scale petrochemical refining unit, which costs over 1 billion US dollars, or using a low-cost earth furnace. Large refining systems bring high costs, while earth furnaces are inefficient, unsafe, and not environmentally friendly.
Our company has developed a new system that solves these two problems, saving your costs and increasing efficiency in safe and environmentally friendly conditions. It's the **Waste Oil Distillation & Converting System Series BOD**.
**Introduction & Application**
The BOD series waste oil distillation and converting system can produce base oil, diesel, and gasoline from black, dirty engine oil, waste lube oil, crude oil, waste plastic oil, and waste rubber oil through catalytic distillation. Pump the pre-treated oil into the heater vessel (distillation kettle), heat it to working temperature (up to around 430°C), then perform distillation and catalysis to obtain base oil, diesel, and gasoline. When the reaction is complete, remove all residues from the distillation kettle, and the system can be reused for the next cycle.
**Main Features**
1. Easy to operate – 1–2 workers can easily manage the machine.
2. Environmentally friendly – no smoke, no odor, no secondary pollution. The entire process is sealed, preventing harmful gases from being released.
3. The BOD system can recycle and distill various types of dirty black oils, including waste engine oil, lube oil, gasoline oil, diesel oil, rubber oil, plastic oil, and other lubricant oils, converting them into diesel and gasoline.
4. High-quality refined oil output – no discoloration due to oxidation, no bad smell or odor.
5. Low operating costs include:
- Catalyst chemicals: less than USD 30 per ton of waste oil.
- Heat energy consumption: 105 kcal per ton of waste oil.
- Power consumption: 40 kW to recycle one ton of waste oil.
6. High degree of automation, advanced design, and fabrication technology.
7. Uses water circulation cooling for atmospheric and vacuum distillation units, ensuring safety. Decompression increases both the quantity and quality of refined oil.
8. No acids or clays are used, which are banned in many countries.
9. Highly efficient heating system – multiple heat sources such as natural gas, furnace oil, and coal can be used.
