A: We are a manufacturer with over 20 years of experience in producing car care products, including lubricants, refrigerant gases, and cleaning sprays.
Q: Where is your factory located?
A: Our factory is located in Longteng Industrial Park, Longgui Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China. It's just 30 minutes from Baiyun International Airport. If you'd like to visit, here are some options:
1. We can pick you up at the airport or your hotel in Guangzhou;
2. You can take a taxi;
3. Take metro Line 3 to Longgui Station, exit through Gate B2, and we'll meet you there.
Q: Can you produce custom branding and packaging? Is there an additional cost?
A: Yes, OEM and ODM services are available without extra charges. You can send us your designs in CDR, AI, or PDF format, or share your ideas, and our designers will create it for you.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: For our own brand, there is no MOQ. For private label and custom designs, the MOQ is 5,000 pieces per item.
Q: Can I get free samples?
A: Yes, you can get up to 5 free samples. However, as they are classified as hazardous goods, shipping is handled through special agents. New customers need to cover the shipping cost, which will be deducted from the total order amount when placed. It's recommended to pay via Western Union for fast and secure delivery.
Q: How long does production take?
A: It takes approximately 25-30 days to complete one 20ft container.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Payment terms include:
1. T/T: 30% deposit, balance before shipment or against B/L copy;
2. T/T: 30% deposit, 70% by L/C at sight.
