The project has developed key technologies such as pure electric drive power system main controller, motor drive system, power battery system, electric assembly control system and high voltage and high current connector design technology, detection technology and connector for electric vehicles. The cable core termination technology completed the development of a pure electric prototype and completed the industrialization of the key technologies of the plug-in hybrid drive system.
The project established a failure mode library for high-voltage and high-current connectors for electric vehicles; developed high-voltage and high-current connector products with various current specifications, and applied them on pure electric drive buses. Experts unanimously agreed that the project passed the acceptance.
