Forward stacking method and equipment

Many small and medium-sized heap leaching sites and a few large ore heap leaching sites use this method of pile-up. Its most striking feature is that the pile-up equipment walks on some of the built piles.

The advantages of forward type pile-up are: 1 The height of the pile is not limited by the pile-up equipment, high or low, and high flexibility; 2 equipment investment is small; 3 the effective area utilization of the pile immersion field is large. Its shortcoming is that the mechanical equipment travels up and down on the built pile and compacts the pile. Therefore, it is only suitable for ore with good permeability and large block. For the granulated pile with high mud content. It is not suitable for dip. This method has a high labor intensity when building piles, and industrial hygiene conditions are also poor.
