2 ) Check the bearing temperature and lubrication condition of each part on time, check whether the oil pressure oil temperature is normal, and prevent the oil from entering the slurry to influence the selection index.
3 ) Perform the technical operation card regulations, and regularly measure the ore concentration and graded overflow concentration of the mill. According to the nature of the ore and the size of the ore, the ore supply, grinding concentration and amount of sand returning of the grinding machine are adjusted in time to ensure that the graded overflow fineness meets the process requirements and creates favorable conditions for the sorting operation.
4 ) Regularly add steel balls according to the regulations of the technical operation card.
5 ) Observe the working condition of the equipment, record the voltage and current of the main motor regularly, and master the wear and tear of the equipment parts.
6 ) Check whether the screws of each part are loose and the equipment has vibration or abnormal sound. If the screw is loose or leaking, find the parking lock in time to prevent the ore from falling into the gear and the hollow bearing bush.
7 ) If there is no notice of power failure, you should pull the general opening of the five in time, close the water valve, and then drive after the call.
