Suction truck working principle and structure

Suction trucks are clean sludge and excrement cleaning vehicles in modern life. Their working principle is mainly the use of air pressure for suction and sewage disposal.

The main operating element is a vacuum suction pump. When it is working, the engine passes through the gearbox and the power take-off drives the vacuum pump. When suction works, the vacuum pump draws out the air inside the tank to form a vacuum, and the dirt is pushed into the tank through the suction pipe under the action of external atmospheric pressure. In the event of blowdown, the vacuum pump reverses, drawing outside air into the tank and using the air pressure inside the tank to remove the dirt.

In the process of work, in order to avoid contamination of the feces stains, it is necessary to use a water-gas separator to filter the air in the tank, and the filtered air is discharged out of the tank and the water flows back into the suction tank.

The circulating oil in the vacuum pump can also be reused after being separated twice by the oil separator and can avoid contamination.

During operation, the manure suction and sewerage operations of the suction truck can be adjusted by controlling the three-way and four-position valves.

Pump vacuum pump structure and mission principle
