INTRODUCTION OF QUICK CONNECTOR
1) The design and production
Our quick connect fittings are made of synthetic materials, designed for fast and secure connections in various fluid systems. Whether it's fuel, oil vapor, water cooling, or air lines, these connectors offer an efficient solution. They are specifically developed to work well with automotive piping systems. The design and production follow the SAE J2044-2009 standard, which ensures compatibility with liquid fuel and vapor or emissions systems. If needed, we can also customize based on customer requirements. The plug-in and self-locking structure allows for quick and easy connection and disconnection, requiring minimal space, making them ideal for high-density installations.
2) Security of quick connector
These quick connectors feature a double sealing ring radial sealing structure. Modified rubber O-rings are used to ensure resistance to physical and chemical properties of fluids, including anti-aging, corrosion, and swelling. The outer O-rings are separated by an intermediate spacer ring, preventing bonding between the two sealing rings. This design enhances mechanical properties and prevents aging. The sealing ring and spacer ring are securely fastened within the shell using an elastic clamping device, ensuring a reliable seal and eliminating issues like ring falling or shifting. This provides excellent sealing security.

5) Connect & disconnect operation method of quick connector
The quick connector consists of a body, inner O-ring, outer O-ring, spacer ring, securing ring, and locking spring. When a mating tube end piece is inserted into the connector, the locking spring's elasticity helps secure the connection. To disconnect, push the male connector and press the clip button, allowing for easy removal. It's important to apply SAE 30 heavy oil lubrication before reseating to ensure smooth operation.
