Foxtonn Metal Products Co., Ltd has been established since 2008, covering more than 4000 square meters. Equipped with Laser Cutting machine, Amada CNC Bending Machine and Punching Machine, welding machine and drilling machine.
Laser Cutting: Our state-of-the-art dual-laser Bystronic flexible manufacturing system performs high-tolerance piercing and cutting on a wide variety of material types and thicknesses.
Punching & Stamping: Foxtonn's Amada turret punches provide significant throughput with high accuracy and quality. We can handle a wide range of part dimensions and material thicknesses. Our facilities include over 25 presses with capacity up to 300-ton stamping presses to support high-volume jobs.
Forming: Using Amada’s six CNC and multi-axis press brakes, we are able to bend and form parts to the most exacting specifications with minimal waste.
Welding: Foxtonn offers a full range of superior-quality welding services, including MIG, TIG, and spot welding, suitable for both production and custom work.
Machining: We have a range of CNC machining centers, lathes, and automatic lathes. Our products include auto accessories, car parts, plumbing equipment, photographic equipment, lighting equipment, and precision casting. We process various metals such as stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and iron.
Corrosion Process: Specializing in etching nameplates, not-through steel panels, aluminum, copper, organic glass panels, and related handicrafts. We also have large ovens and clean screen printing workshops for professional treatment.
