The petrochemical association first put forward six measures: to increase ideological awareness, enhance the industry's sense of urgency and responsibility for energy conservation and emission reduction; continue to control the increment, optimize the industrial structure of the petroleum and chemical industry; give play to the advantages of the industry and continue to promote the development of circular economy; Scientific and technological innovation provides technical support for the development of circular economy; strengthens the cultivation of talents; builds an industrial energy management team; strengthens basic work and establishes an industry energy-saving emission reduction evaluation system.
At the same time, the petrochemical association also cooperated with the National Standards Committee to organize and formulate national standards for the energy consumption limits of four high-energy-consuming products such as ammonia, caustic soda, calcium carbide and yellow phosphorus. These standards have been implemented since June 1 this year, raising the main energy consumption. Industry access thresholds; eliminated a large number of heavily polluting enterprises in high-emission industries such as nitrogen fertilizers, soda ash, caustic soda, calcium carbide, and yellow phosphorus; organized and conducted pollution surveys of the chemical industry in key river basins and assisted relevant authorities to close a number of non-compliance standards. In 2007, the comprehensive energy consumption of the six major energy-consuming products including crude oil processing, caustic soda, soda ash, calcium carbide, ethylene, and ammonia decreased by 2.28%, 4.03%, 1.03%, 2.96%, 1.1%, and 4.1%, respectively. In the first quarter of this year, the overall energy consumption of the six key energy-consuming product units continued to decline, with an average decrease of 3.68%. Compared with 2007, the average decline in energy consumption increased by 1.2 percentage points. However, it is worth noting that there are still some problems in the energy-saving and emission-reduction work in the petroleum and chemical industries. The main manifestations are that the production capacity of high-energy-consuming and highly-polluting products grows too fast, and it is more difficult to suppress; the basic work of energy-saving and emission reduction lags behind. Energy statistics methods are not perfect; the development and promotion of energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies are not enough.
The focus of energy conservation and emission reduction in the chemical industry in the future is to promote the adjustment of industries and product structures, and to reduce the proportion of industries with high energy consumption and high pollution, and products through the shutdown and transformation, structural adjustment, technological transformation, enterprise integration and product extension. Invest in new industries with high technological content, low resource consumption, and good economic results; establish and improve statistics, standards, regulatory systems, and benchmarking for energy conservation and emission reduction; increase the promotion and application of practical energy-saving emission reduction technologies; actively promote responsibility Care, promote energy conservation and emission reduction. Because engineering design is crucial to the energy conservation and emission reduction of the petroleum and chemical industry, the petrochemical association has specifically requested that when designing an oil and chemical project, an engineering design enterprise must put the concept of energy conservation and emission reduction first. It is reported that in October this year, the petrochemical association will also hold a conference for promoting energy conservation and emission reduction in the petroleum and chemical industries, comprehensively summarizing the achievements and experiences made by the industry in energy conservation and emission reduction, and publishing and displaying new energy-saving emission reduction technologies and new equipment in the industry. The electric automobile self starter or best known as the starter is the device chiefly responsible for carrying out the processes involved in starting vehicles up. 

The Car Starter works by harnessing the power of the automotive battery. Once the key is inserted into the ignition switch and then turned to the start position, a tiny amount of current flow through the neutral safety switch and into the starter relay or starter solenoid. The starter motor then cranks the engine to enable the piston to create a suction drawing in the fuel and air mixture into the cylinder. The engine will then start as the spark created by the ignition system will ignite this mixture. 

Turning on the ignition switch allows a small amount of power from the battery to flow to the solenoid above the starter. When the low-current power from the starting battery is applied to the solenoid, oftentimes with a key-operated switch, it releases a small pinion gear on the starter motor's shaft and meshes it with the ring gear on the flywheel of the engine. 
The solenoid is also responsible for closing out high-current contacts for the starter motor and it then starts to run. Once the engine starts, a key-operated switch is activated and a spring in the solenoid assembly pulls the pinion gear away from the ring gear which then causes the starter motor to stop. Modern Auto Starter motors are equipped with a "bendix," a gear and integral freewheel, or overrunning clutch, thereby allowing the flywheel to automatically disengage the pinion gear from the flywheel when the engine starts.
