Carbon Dioxide Detector for Analyzing Gas Fertilizer Application Time in Greenhouse

The conditions of light, temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide concentration in greenhouses are obviously different from those in open cultivation. Through the use of CO2 detectors in greenhouse monitoring, it was found that the carbon dioxide content in greenhouses and plastic greenhouses was insufficient for two hours after sunrise. This image will continue until 4 pm, which is in greenhouses. Crop growth has a very significant inhibitory effect.

During greenhouse cultivation of cucumbers, carbon dioxide concentration was monitored using a carbon dioxide detector. After the application of carbon dioxide, the fruit samples were collected for the fourteenth time. After adding carbon dioxide to the cucumbers, vitamin C and protein were increased by 8.0l compared with the control. With 27.8400, soluble carbohydrates increased by 15.26, crude fiber decreased by 16.35, and dry matter increased by 19.540o. This indicated that increasing carbon dioxide has a good effect on improving the quality of vegetables.

Carbon dioxide application method: 1 diluted sulfuric acid (1:3 sulfuric acid) preparation: In the shed, first take 3 parts of water, pour into a plastic bucket of capacity 10-15 liters, and then measure 1 part of sulfuric acid, stir the water Rotate it, then slowly add concentrated sulfuric acid to the water, stir well, and cool to room temperature. Pay attention to three points: The amount of dilute sulfuric acid in the barrel must not exceed half the capacity of the barrel. Diluted sulfuric acid must be added in the order of adding water and then slowly adding concentrated sulfuric acid. Sulfuric acid is strongly corrosive. Do not get it on the body. If it splashes on the body, use it immediately. Rinse with clean water. 2 Weigh carbon: According to different seasons of different vegetable varieties and different growth period requirements, weigh carbon into plastic bags and tie it. 3 Field application: Place buckets containing dilute sulfuric acid evenly in the greenhouse , can be placed on site or suspended in the air, requiring one for every 40-50 square meters. After the barrel is put, put a bag of carbon in each bucket, before putting it on the plastic bag. With 10 small holes, carbon is released into the barrel and immediately generates a large number of bubbles. These bubbles are carbon dioxide. Generally, once per barrel, the sulfuric acid per barrel can be used for 2-3 days. 4 Residual liquid treatment: When adding carbon to the drum, no more bubbles will be generated. Then add 200 grams of carbon per drum to remove the remaining sulfuric acid. Then use the residual liquid to dilute the water 50 times for top dressing.

The analysis and analysis of carbon dioxide detectors concluded that the carbon dioxide application time in greenhouses was generally the same as the carbon dioxide application time in different seasons: February in February of each year, 90 minutes after sunrise, and 3-day month, 1 hour after sunrise. Begin; May-June, half an hour after sunrise. Precautions: Do not apply on cloudy or rainy days; seal vents well before spraying; do not ventilate within two hours of applying carbon dioxide.
