—— The second phase of national soil testing and fertilizer application program statistics training class was held in Beijing
On February 26th, our company together with the National Agricultural Technology Extension Service Center in Beijing held the second national training program for soil testing and formulating fertilization. The personnel responsible for the statistics of the soil fertilizer (agricultural technology) stations (centers) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps of the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and cities under separate planning, as well as the soil and fertilizer station directly under the Central Government have participated in the training.
Through training, the statistical staff's sense of responsibility and service are further enhanced. The statisticians understand the work requirements for summary, review, and reporting of progress statistical data, and fill in the precautions. They have mastered the operation method of the progress statistical management system and achieved the intended purpose. At the same time, the Soil Testing and Formula Fertilization Working Office of the Ministry of Agriculture put forward specific requirements for strengthening the statistical work of metering and fertilizing progress based on feedback from various localities.
The first is to establish a working mechanism. To establish a responsibility system, each project province or county must identify a technical person in charge of the progress of statistical work, in charge of the leadership of the data to verify the authenticity and reliability checks. At the same time, it is necessary to establish a system for appraisal and appraisal, and regularly report relevant information.
The second is strict reporting time. All provinces, districts, and cities must submit quarterly statistics to our department before March 15th, May 15th, September 15th, November 15th and January 15th of the second year each year.
The third is to strengthen technical training. All provinces, districts and cities shall organize the training of statisticians at the county level of the project, focusing on the specific definitions of the indicators of the statistical tables, data units, reporting requirements, and operating methods of the management system, so as to improve the quality and efficiency of data reporting.
The fourth is to provide work support. All provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities should provide statisticians with computers, printers, and networks that they need to work, and improve the quality and efficiency of statistical work construction through modern technology. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure the funds required for carrying out statistical work for progress and ensure smooth progress of statistical work.
