The management method announced yesterday was clear, and the range of auto parts for piloting remanufactured products is tentatively scheduled to be five types of products: engine, gearbox, generator, starter, and steering gear.
Among the entire vehicle companies, FAW Group, Jianghuai Auto (Group), and Chery Automobile have obtained re-manufacturing pilot qualifications from three vehicle companies. Including Weichai Power Co., Ltd., Guangxi Yuchai, Dongfeng Cummins, and Guangzhou Huadu Global Automatic Transmission Co., Ltd., 11 parts and components companies also received "test water" qualifications.
The NDRC stressed that the above pilot companies must pass a third-party quality system and environmental protection system audit within one year. The NDRC hopes to explore related policies, management systems, and regulatory systems through 2 to 3 years of trials.
