The drying cycle of the dryer has been extended from the original 3 months to more than 8 months, and has become the leading level in the industry.
The dryer is the key equipment of the PTA device. Because of the influence of design, operation and other factors, the dryer runs for a long period of time. The inlet of the dryer is entrained by the tubes, the circulating carrier gas channel is blocked, the internal pressure of the dryer is increased, and finally the screw is conveyed at the feed end of the dryer. Current fluctuations, had to stop the caustic dryer. To this end, the chemical plant's research team has in-depth analysis of the reasons for all aspects of the drying of the dryer pipe and the congestion of the carrier gas channel, and formulate improvement measures from the five major aspects of personnel, machine, material, method, and ring.

The research team first started from the source to improve the filtering effect of the filter and slow down the drying machine. They controlled the flow of the acetic acid scrubbers of the two filters to achieve accurate one-to-one metering. The nozzles of the filter were modified to improve the atomization of the scrubbing liquid. After the scrubber had passed through the nozzles, it changed from the original cylinder to fan-shaped. Ash content in the product is controlled; filter acetic acid and steam combo wash spray are added in the regeneration zone of the filter to increase the filter regeneration effect and reduce the moisture content of the filter cake; the speed and speed of the filter operation realize remote digital monitoring And control.

Secondly, the research team developed a series of measures to eliminate the clogging of the dryer tubes. Due to the high temperature of the feed buffer tank for the filter, the operation period of the filter cloth is short, the overflow pipeline is not smooth, the moisture content of the filter material is increased, the drying tube tube is easy to form a wall, and the research team improves the venting pipeline , To ensure the smooth flow of the vent line, eliminate the phenomenon of poor filter overflow, and effectively control the temperature of the filter feed buffer tank; for the dryer to heat the steam condensate discharge problems, resulting in inadequate heating of the material, dryer The tube is easily confined. The research team added a condensate buffer tank to the condensate system of the dryer, and added a bypass to the liquid level control valve. The liquid level control was changed from the original trap valve to the pneumatic control valve to improve the material heating. The effect is to prevent the drying machine from becoming stuck in the wall; for the case where the exhaust pipe of the drying machine is blocked, the research team remodels the exhaust cap, enlarges the aperture, and allows the exhaust cap to flow smoothly; an additional dryer chimney tube is observed. Holes, on-line cleaning of oblique tube binders, ensure that the dryer circulation carrier gas is unblocked.

After long-term analysis and exploration, the research team has found a way to eliminate the dregs of the dryer, greatly reducing the condition of the drier, and prolonging the high-load operation. The operation cycle lasted from 3 months to more than 8 months.

Previously, the dryer gas-heated heater tube was mixed to cause the dryer to circulate the carrier gas, the pressure in the dryer rose, and the switch to clean the heater was commissioned by a professional company for jet cleaning. At present, the Yangzi Chemical Plant has also developed applications. Dilute alkali quick cleaning method, the cleaning method is simple and effective, the staff can be completed separately, saving mechanical jet cleaning costs of more than 50,000 yuan per year.

In the original process design, the dryer needs to be alkali-washed at least three times a year, and each dryer's caustic washing device needs to stop. Now, after a series of improvement measures have been implemented by the research team, after the dryer operation cycle has been extended, the dryer can be reduced in alkali washing twice per year, saving plant shutdown losses, maintaining other units, etc. Costs totaling more than RMB 2 million annually. . At present, Yangzi Petrochemical has applied for three patents and proprietary technologies, such as on-line heat treatment technology, which have been applied and promoted in the industry.
