The contestants of the current contest covered more than 100 employees in technical, sales and service positions and were divided into three competition stages according to the nature of their work. In this engine service skill contest, all ISZ 13L engines were used, and the post-processing system fault detection and elimination items were specifically set up, and valve clearance adjustment, crankshaft system disassembly, valve inspection, and post-processing system troubleshooting were carried out. The participants took a steady and calm fight, and with agile thinking, professional knowledge, and rich experience, the competition was completed within the specified time, and the overall performance was improved again compared with the previous year.
This skill contest began in 2010 and is divided into two parts: internal staff and external service stations. It has been held for seven consecutive years. Skills contest aims to provide service technicians with a platform for exchanges, discussions, and demonstrations, to test the technical level, to explore, train, and motivate talented people to learn from each other and promote mutual improvement of their comprehensive capabilities. To reflect the content on a more professional level, to give users a more satisfactory service experience, and to add value and influence to the Dongfeng Cummins brand.
