When the floating ball and the magnetic unit change with the liquid level, the magnetic color block (magnetic flip plate) is turned over; the magnetic liquid level switch operates at the corresponding liquid level point; At the same time, the liquid level sensor outputs a standard change resistance signal under the action of the floating ball magnetic force, and then converts the resistance signal into a 4~20 mA current signal output through the transmitter.
Maintenance of the magnetic level gauge:
1. There should be no solid impurities and magnetic impurities in the magnetic level gauge cylinder to avoid jamming and weakening buoyancy.
2. Depending on the medium, the main conduit can be cleaned regularly to remove deposits from the deposit.
3. After cleaning the vacuum high temperature and high pressure magnetic level gauge or when replacing the float, open the drain flange. When loading the magnetic float, pay attention to the heavy end with the magnetic end up, not flipping!
4. For low-temperature type and liquefied gas special-purpose products, the main body of the liquid level gauge adopts vacuum jacket insulation, so be careful not to damage the jacket during installation and use, so as not to affect the product quality.
Repair and maintenance
1. The level gauge should be cleaned once a month.
2. When cleaning, first open the cap of the water level gauge iron pipe of the liquid level gauge, carefully take out the liquid level gauge, and then clean the debris around the equipment.
3, the liquid level gauge should be placed neatly, the pipeline and the line should be organized; the lubrication is good, the oil is added or oil is changed on time, the oil is continuously, there is no dry friction phenomenon, the oil pressure is normal, the oil mark is bright, the oil passage is smooth, and the oil quality conforms to the liquid level gauge. Oil gun, oil cup and linoleum are required to be cleaned. It can also be immersed in the pressure-conducting hole to the height of one-half of the height for about 5 minutes using trichloroethylene or alcohol, then shake it slightly and repeat it several times until it is cleaned. Do not use any appliance to clean the pressure hole to avoid damaging the sensitive core pressure sensitive diaphragm.
4. Clean the liquid level of the medium in the liquid level gauge. Avoid using brushes or metal tools with excessive hardness to avoid damage to the sensitive core and the pressure interface threads.
5. After the cleaning is completed, slowly return the liquid level gauge to the iron pipe. It is felt that the lower part of the iron pipe has been placed, and the cap can be installed back to the original position. The liquid level gauge after the cleaning is removed and reinstalled. The water level gauge at the same water level of the sluice gate must be compared again to correct the detected value of the secondary meter to ensure the correctness of the sampled data.
