Li Wanli said that China Automobile Association hopes to reduce the examination and approval management departments of auto projects, reduce the contents of approval and record management, and standardize the administrative examination and approval activities. Especially for the management of production enterprises and products, China Automobile Association hopes to simplify the future.
At present, about 4 to 5 management departments are involved in the approval of automobile manufacturers. However, some management departments do not approve the authority and they are also performing the examination and approval right. In view of this, the China Automobile Association proposes to retain the automobile production enterprises and product access management functions of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, which have national administrative licensing issues, and at the same time optimize and perfect the access management procedures for auto companies and product safety, environmental protection, and energy conservation. "The best approval department can be reduced to one." Li Wanli said.
In addition, China Automobile Association also proposed to cancel the "mandatory product certification directory", "environmental protection announcement" (including local environmental protection announcement), fuel consumption announcements, etc., which do not have the national administrative examination and approval functions, and accelerate the marketization process of the enterprise access system.
