4.1 Test principle

This equipment is mainly designed based on the calculation formula of friction coefficient. That is to say, the static friction coefficient and the dynamic friction coefficient of the specimen are obtained by automatically testing and recording the tension value of the specimen with a certain pressure from the standstill to the relative sliding process.

4.2 Scope of application

(1) This equipment is specialized for measuring plastic films and sheets, rubber, paper, cardboard, woven bags, textiles, non-woven fabrics, communication cables, metal cables for optical cables, conveyor belts, wood, coatings, brake pads, wipers The coefficient of static friction and coefficient of dynamic friction of sliding materials such as shoes, shoes, and tires. 5 , test steps

(1) from the surface of the packaging film sample clipping 8 cm × 20 cm, 63 mm × 63 mm 3 both samples each, i.e. 3 groups to obtain a sample.

(2) Place one of the 8 cm × 20 cm pieces of the heat-seal layer upward and place it flat on a horizontal test bench.

(3) Contact one of the 63 mm × 63 mm specimen heat seal layers with the slider, wrap the slider, and fix it.

(4) Place the specimen-mounted slider without impact on the middle of the specimen that has been fixed in step (2) to ensure that the test system is not subjected to force.

(5) Set test parameters, such as test speed and test stroke, and click Start test option to start the test.

(6) After the two specimens contacted for 15 s , relative movement began. The equipment automatically records changes in the force during the test and calculates the test results.

(7) Repeat steps (2) ~ (6) to test the dynamic and static friction coefficients of the remaining 2 groups of specimens.

6 , test results

The test results of the three groups of specimens are: the first group, static friction coefficient 0.274 , dynamic friction coefficient 0.245 ; second group, static friction coefficient 0.271 , dynamic friction coefficient 0.243 ; third group, static friction coefficient 0.272 , dynamic friction coefficient 0.243 .
