If the sign is not complete, the traffic police department is required to receive the "Not allowed to participate in the 2016 Spring Festival Notice" and the vehicles are not rectified and may not participate in the Spring Festival.
According to the regulations, there are more than 3 traffic violations that have not been dealt with during the year; road traffic accidents cause death and bear the same responsibility; traffic violations are recorded at 12 points; there are drunk driving, over 20% overspeed, and overspeed 50% (Highway overspeed 20%) or more, or more than 3 speeding violation records in 12 months; passengers who are not satisfied with the driving period of the driving license, may not participate in the Spring Festival.
In the case of operating vehicles, any unqualified or unqualified inspections; delayed passenger vehicles that have been scrapped and reached the end of the year; liquid dangerous goods tankers that have not been installed according to regulations and specifications; traffic violation records are not processed more than 3 times.
