Our Services
A. Installation and Training: We send two engineers to your factory to install the machine and train operators until it runs smoothly. All expenses (air tickets, food, hotel, salary at $70/day per engineer) are covered by the buyer. A translator must be provided for communication.
B. Warranty: The forming machine comes with a 12-month warranty (excluding molds and quick-wear parts). Free replacement parts include: 10 proximity switches, 1 solenoid valve (with 10 leather seals), and 10 mold cores.
C. Post-Warranty Support: Within 3 months, if a vacuum pump, motor, or air compressor fails due to manufacturing defects, the buyer should return the faulty part, and we will replace it immediately. However, damage caused by improper operation is not covered.
D. After-Warranty Service: If needed, our engineers can visit after the warranty period. All costs, including travel and service charges, will be negotiated between the buyer and seller.
