Q: What is our payment policy?
A: -We prefer 100% advance payment as the primary option.
-Orders under USD10,000 require full prepayment.
-Irrevocable L/C at sight is acceptable for most business.
-Irrevocable L/C with less than 60 days is acceptable for some business after negotiation.
-L/Cs with more than 60 days are not acceptable.
-D/P at sight is acceptable for some business after negotiation, while other terms are not.
-D/A and O/A are generally not acceptable.
-Partial payment is negotiable, but we usually require an advance of no less than 30%, with the balance paid before shipment.
Q: How long is the lead time for orders?
A: -Normally, the lead time is 45–60 days, depending on order quantity and production schedule.
-Lead time is calculated from the date of receiving the L/C or advance payment as agreed in the contract.
-Rush orders may be fulfilled in 30 days or even faster, subject to approval.
Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: -Yes, the minimum order value must be USD2,000.
-Orders below USD2,000 may be considered after negotiation.
