Magnetic separator safety operation procedures
1. Check items before operation
1) Whether the water pressure of the bottom pipe flushing water is normal;
2) Whether the oil quantity in the bearing and reducer is appropriate;
3) Whether the bolts are loose or not;
4) Whether the power supply has a fault;
5) Whether there are any debris in the tank that hinders operation;
2. After the inspection is normal, follow the procedures below.
1) Open the bottom water pipe and rinse the water pipe;
2) Turn on the power and start the device;
3) Firstly give a small amount of minerals, and after normal, return to the mine at full load;
4) When the machine is shut down, stop the mine first, and drain the minerals and stop.
3. In-process inspection items
1) bearing operation;
2) The operation of the reducer;
3) Lubrication of moving parts;
4) Whether the magnetic declination adjustment device is loose;
5) Whether the surface of the cylinder is rinsed clean;
6) Flush water pressure.
