Key Features:
1. Uses wind-assisted access and direct wheel technology to eliminate screws and conveyor chains, making bottle shape changes easier.
2. Bottle transmission uses clip bottleneck technology, allowing shape changes without adjusting the equipment height—just replace curved plates, wheels, and nylon parts.
3. Stainless steel bottle washing clips are durable and prevent secondary pollution by avoiding contact with the bottle mouth area.
4. High-speed gravity flow valve filling system ensures fast and accurate filling with no liquid loss.
5. Spiral decline during output allows shape transformation without adjusting conveyor chain height.
6. Advanced PLC control system with components from top brands like Mitsubishi, Schneider, and Siemens.
