The Fuyi Disc Centrifuge is specifically designed for demanding separation tasks in the palm oil industry. This high-performance machine is ideal for handling large volumes of liquid with high solid content and temperature. It is widely used in biodiesel production, oil purification, and other industrial applications where precision and efficiency are essential.
Key features include a high G-force range from 6500 to 9800, automated operation, and an advanced hydraulic system for solids discharge. The centrifuge bowl can be made from either Super Duplex stainless steel or standard SUS304, offering excellent erosion resistance and durability under harsh conditions.
Applications include the separation of fish press liquid, stick water, extract, fish oil, liver oil, animal fats, peel oil, and similar products. The centrifuge is also suitable for intermittent solid discharge and the separation of two immiscible liquid phases with different densities.
The design includes a frame with a horizontal drive shaft, worm gear, lubricating oil bath, and vertical bowl spindle. All parts in contact with the process liquid are made of stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and long service life. The machine is equipped with a paring disc pump, illuminated sight glass box, vibration switch, and other essential components for safe and efficient operation.
Optional features include frequency converters, discharge control panels, CIP valves, and online monitoring systems to enhance performance and user convenience.
