Structure:
The high shear homogenizer bottom emulsifier mixer is designed to efficiently and uniformly disperse one or more phases into another continuous phase. It is particularly useful when the phases are immiscible. The rotor generates high tangential speed and mechanical effects through high-speed rotation, providing strong kinetic energy. This enables the fine dispersion and emulsification of solid, liquid, and gas phases under the influence of additives, resulting in stable and high-quality products after high-frequency circular motion.

Intermittent type high shear work process: Under the action of centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating rotor, the material is drawn into the working cavity from the head and the feeding area. Strong centrifugal force causes the material to be squeezed between the narrow gap of the rotor and stator. At the same time, centrifugal extrusion, impact, and other forces help create a preliminary dispersed emulsion. After adjusting the outer end of the rotor, the linear speed reaches at least 15m/s, up to 40m/s, forming strong mechanical and hydraulic shear forces, friction between liquid layers, and tearing, enabling full dispersion, emulsification, and uniformity. Through the stator slot injection, the material continuously flows radially, changing direction due to resistance from itself and the container walls. Simultaneously, axial forces in the rotor region form two strong flow directions. After several cycles, the material completes the dispersing, emulsifying, and homogenizing process.

Mix: syrup, shampoo, cleaning solution, juice concentrate, yogurt, desserts, milk products, printing ink.
Emulsion: medicine lotion, ointment, face mask, emulsion flavor, oil-water emulsion, asphalt emulsion, resin emulsion, wax emulsion, and pesticide.
Homogeneous: medicine lotion, ointment, face mask, tissue homogenate, dairy products, fruit juice, printing ink, and jam.
