  The double-layer glass reaction kettle is designed for precise temperature control and efficient mixing. It allows reagents to be placed in the inner layer while vacuum can be applied and mixing speed adjusted. The interlayer can accommodate refrigerants, water, or high-temperature liquids to heat or cool the materials. This equipment is widely used in chemical experiments, pilot testing, and production across fields like fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and new material synthesis. It can also be integrated with various auxiliary systems such as vacuum pumps, low-temperature circulators, and cooling/heating units.
Key Features:Â Made from high borosilicate glass, offering excellent thermal and chemical resistance.
Operates efficiently over a wide temperature range, from -80°C to 200°C.
Supports both constant pressure and vacuum operation, with a vacuum level below 0.095MPa when stationary.
Equipped with digital speed display, frequency conversion, and stable constant-speed mixing system.
Sealing technology between the mixer shaft, PTFE impeller, and kettle lid is proprietary to our company.
Corrosion-resistant discharge valve with no dead space design for easy cleaning.
